Refund policy

Due to the delicate and historical nature of the fabrics used in ISABELLE.C garments—including heritage craftsmanship and vintage materials—we do not accept returns. This policy ensures that every customer receives a product in its original and uncompromised condition.

Please note: Our “Heritage Embroidery Series” features original hand-embroidered textiles dating from the Qing Dynasty to the 1960s. Due to their age, minor holes, fading, or traces of handwork may be present. These are considered authentic marks of time and craftsmanship, not defects, and are not grounds for return or exchange. We appreciate your understanding.

Please ensure you contact our customer care team at info@topconsultingcn.com before returning an item. Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery. Upon our confirmation of your return request, we will provide further instructions for returning the parcel.

 

Items can be returned to our warehouse (Hong Kong) or by post. We do not provide return labels, and shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee. We will not be responsible for item damages or items lost during the return delivery.

Upon receipt of all undamaged and correctly returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days. ISABELLE.C will refund the value of the returned goods but will NOT refund any shipping costs paid.
