If you need to make any changes to an order you have already placed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number at info@topconsultingcn.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order is processed and shipped.

Yes, we offer international shipping! Please note that shipping costs can vary based on your location. For information on delivery prices and estimated times are suggested below.

 

Delivery Costs and Times

Hong Kong

  • We offer free express shipping on all Hong Kong domestic orders.
  • All orders are sent via SF express.
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse, with an additional 2–5 days for deliveries.

Others / Worldwide

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be collected with your purchase. This amount will be the final shipping cost for you.
  • Your orders will be sent via Hong Kong Post/UPS/SF Express/DHL/FEDEX with an expected delivery time of 3–21 business days.
  • Import taxes and duties may apply depending on your destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. The prices shown on our site do not include these additional costs.

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order provided the items are sent back in unused and sellable condition (tags and labels still attached) together with the original packaging. Any return costs are absorbed by the customer. Please ensure you contact our customer care team at info@topconsultingcn.com before returning an item. Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery.

Most of our products are limited editions featuring exclusive embroidery and specialty fabrics, and are typically not restocked once sold out.

To extend the life cycle of your garments, it is crucial to take good care of them. Proper care of clothing items can significantly extend their lifespan and have critical, earth-friendly

1. Washing: Hand wash only in cold or lukewarm water (below 40°C / 96°F) with a mild, pH-neutral silk detergent. Soak for no more than 5 minutes. Gently press with your hands to clean—do not rub or twist.

2. Drying: Gently press out excess water using a clean towel. Lay flat or hang to air dry in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight or heat.

3. Ironing: If necessary, iron on the reverse side with a pressing cloth while slightly damp, using a low-temperature (silk setting) iron.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated area. Use cotton garment bags instead of plastic. Avoid mothballs or scented sachets that may react with the fabric.
